History
Rowtons Museum of Paranormal and Spirituality set inside the 18th century grade II listed Penuel Chapel. The chapel itself has an interesting history built on land once occupied by the Romans in the 2nd century AD! Used as a baptist chapel with an adjoining school room. During the 19th century Reverend W.S held faith healing service 'divine healing' with the congregation witnessing manifestations, strange occurrences and even shadow figures!
 
Now the museum houses hundreds of haunted artefacts from exorcism scrolls to haunted dolls and mourning jewelry, dybbuk boxes to one of the kind objects all with their own supernatural stories to tell. Some of which are from known haunted locations including the amityville horror house! The museum even has its own Victorian seance room!
 
With so much history, so many objects and a long list of reported activity this location is not one to be missed nor is it one for the feint hearted!

Deposits are non refundable or transferable. If the deposit is selected, the final balance is due 2 weeks before the event. You will receive an invoice the week the final balance is due. Please check junk/spam. If the final balance is not received, you will lose your deposit and place. If you wish to pay sooner please contact us. Final balance £20pp.
 
We will not send paper tickets, You will receive a confirmation email of your booking and an event detail email 24-48 hours before the event.
