Cold spots appear out of nowhere in the Great Hall, heavy footsteps echo along empty corridors, and doors open and close as if guided by unseen hands. Guests have felt sheets tugged at in the night and watched shadows drift across the grounds with purposeful movement.

What will you encounter on our first visit to the haunted Hooke Court? 
Hooke Court’s story stretches back to the 11th century, first noted in the Domesday Book before evolving into a fortified manor house. Beneath its floors lie traces of earlier, possibly medieval structures, many of which were scarred by fire during the English Civil War. Repaired in 1647, the manor later gained its Victorian features and eventually became a boarding school for boys with emotional and behavioural needs. Today, it stands as a peaceful residential study centre — though it's long past still murmurs through the walls.
