Reported Activity 
On our last visit we experienced unexplained noises, interaction with equipment and intelligent pendulum and board sessions. Reports of feeling uneasy, lights have turned on and off with no explained reason, footsteps and voices can be heard. An angry male is said to wonder about the building! 
Materials related to witchcraft were found in a tree outside. 
History 
Bitton house formerly known as west cliff house is a grade II listed building, once home to Admiral Sir Edward Pellew, also known as the 1st Viscount Exmouth. Now head quarters to Teignmouth town council. An underground tunnel found at a nearby location as theory is that it formed as part of a cellar system of a demolished wing of Bitton House. There is not much history known about the land however Teignmouth has a rich history dating back to Roman times! What was on the land before this beautiful building was constructed.
